Welcome to VINYL GOLD UK. By booking our DJ services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Services Provided

VINYL GOLD UK offers professional DJ services for weddings, parties, and events. Our services include:

• Providing music tailored to your event.
• Accepting music requests before and during the event (subject to feasibility).
• Supplying DJ equipment (unless otherwise arranged).

2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.
• Full payment must be made by the agreed date before the event.
• Payments can be made via direct bank transfer.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless VINYL GOLD UK cancels the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you cancel 30 days or more before the event, you will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
• If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
• In the rare case that VINYL GOLD UK must cancel, a full refund (including the deposit) will be provided, and we will assist in finding a replacement DJ where possible.

4. Event Requirements

• The client must provide a suitable performance area with access to power.
• The client must inform VINYL GOLD UK in advance of any venue sound restrictions.
• If the event is outdoors, a covered area must be provided for the DJ and equipment.

5. Liability and Responsibility

• VINYL GOLD UK is not responsible for venue restrictions, power failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that guests treat the DJ equipment with care. Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
• VINYL GOLD UK reserves the right to stop the performance if safety is compromised.

6. Music Requests and Playlists

• We strive to accommodate all reasonable music requests.
• Requests made on the night will be played if time and availability allow.
• We do not play music that violates venue policies or legal restrictions.

7. Good Time Guarantee

• While we guarantee a great experience, the overall enjoyment of the event is subjective and dependent on the crowd.
• We encourage open communication before and during the event to ensure the best possible atmosphere.
